DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

  • Shipping Time: Your orders will be shipped within a maximum of 5 business days after payment confirmation is received. Delivery times may vary for custom-made products; in this case, we will contact you.

  • Shipping Company: All shipments are made through our contracted shipping companies. Shipping time may vary between 1-7 business days depending on your location.

  • Delivery Area: We deliver to all parts of Turkey. For international shipments, please contact us.

  • Damaged Items: If you find any damage to your package upon delivery, please have the courier prepare a damage report and return the package without accepting delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Return Period: You can return the products you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Policy:

    • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

    • It must be sent with its original packaging and invoice.

    • Products manufactured to order are not eligible for return.

  • Return Process:

    1. You can initiate your return request by sending an email to burak@ocakbahce.com or by contacting us at 0232 237 00 36.

    2. You must send the product to us via our contracted shipping company.

    3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7 business days .

  • Return Shipping Fee: If the reason for the return is not a product defect, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
