Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 2-year warranty on manufacturing and materials. Problems caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.
Can I change the color/size?
Custom sizes and color options are available for selected products. Please contact our customer service for availability.
Are the furniture items delivered disassembled?
Yes, it is usually shipped disassembled. Assembly instructions and necessary accessories are included in the box.
Do the product photos accurately reflect reality?
The photos were taken under professional lighting. Color tones may vary depending on screen settings.
Shipping and Delivery
What is your delivery time?
Items in stock are shipped within 3-7 business days, while custom-made items are shipped within 15-30 days.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
We ensure secure delivery through our contracted logistics companies such as Horoz Lojistik and Aras Kargo.
What is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount. Other conditions are stated on the payment page.
Do you offer installation services?
We currently only offer installation services in select cities. Contact us for availability.
What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
Please inspect the item upon delivery. If there is any damage, have a damage report drawn up and contact us. A free replacement will be provided.

We offer credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery payment options.
Is installment payment option available?
Yes, installment options with no interest or low interest rates are available.

How do I send my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to your email address as an e-invoice. A paper invoice can also be provided upon request.

I want to return the product, what should I do?

Used, assembled, or products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Wooden surfaces should be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Chemical cleaners are not recommended.
