The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product/service, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically through the SELLER's website www.ocakbahce.com , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and are aware of all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, the payment method, delivery, and the right of withdrawal on the www.ocakbahce.com website, and that they have provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The SELLER shall deliver the ordered product within a maximum of 30 days, provided that the product is in stock. This period may be extended in case of force majeure or delays in transportation.

4.3. The product will be shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER. The BUYER is responsible for any consequences arising from not being present at the address during delivery.

4.4. In the event that the ordered product/service is unavailable, the SELLER shall immediately inform the BUYER and may supply a different product of equal quality and price, or cancel the order.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason.

5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be given to the SELLER within this period.

5.3. Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and complete.

5.4. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the BUYER.

5.5. The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products manufactured specifically according to the BUYER's requirements.

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

6. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement between the parties, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.

7. EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement shall enter into force on the date it is read, accepted, and approved by the BUYER electronically. Completion of the order signifies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
